Healthy low carb recipes that tast very good





This is some healthy low carb diet foods recipes that i would like to share with you, A low carb diet is good for losing weight  and it also has health benefits such as lower blood pressure ,lower blood sugar and many others.

Low carb breakfast
eggs with vegetables fried in coconut oil 

 the ingredients are coconut oil,spinach,Frozen vegetable mix (carrots , cauliflower, broccoli, green beans) and spices.

1. heat the coconut oil in the frying pan
2. now that after you heat the oil then you can add the vegetable mix for a few minuts
3. add eggs you can use three or four depends on  how much you are doing
4. add spices , you can use spice mix or salt and pepper, use what you prefer, salt and pepper works great also.
5. this is optional (spinach) you can add it
6. stir fry until ready

Grill chicken wings with greens salsa

The ingredient are - chicken wings, spices, some greens,salsa

1. put the spices on the chicken wings or you can use spice mix
2. insert into the oven and heat at 180-200oC (356-392oF) for about forty minutes
3. Grill until the wings are brown and crunchy
4. serve with some vegitable and salsa

Ground beef with slice bell peppers

Ingredient - coconut oil, onion, Ground beef, spinach, spices and bell beppers

1. cut one onion in little peices
2. heat the coconut oil in the pan
3. add the onion to the pan and stir for about two minuts
4. add the ground beef
5. add some spices( you can use spice mix and also salt and pepper works just fine)
6. add spinach
7. (optional) if you want to spice things up add black peppers and chilli powder
8. stir fry until ready and serve with a slice of bell pepper
